Trex Company has purchased eight acres in Winchester, VA., for its new 64,000-sq.-ft. global headquarters. Construction is expected to begin in late 2021.The purchase will enable Trex to move its headquarters from Frederick County to Winchester.According to a statement release by the company, the new state-of-the-art office facility will house approximately 200 corporate employees and will have eco-friendly components that reflect the company’s efforts and commitment to sustainability.
