SPAX Engineered Fasteners Adds Three to its Team

SPAX Engineered Fasteners has added three talented members to its team. They will assist with sales, creating digital marketing content, and overseeing eCommerce strategy, planning and implementation.

SPAX Engineered Fasteners, a brand of Altenloh, Brinck & Co. U.S., has added new employees to its dedicated team supporting the innovative fastener brand. These include:

Jim Nicholson, SPAX Engineered Fasteners Territory Representative–Nicholson will cover the territories of Washington DC, Philadelphia, PA., area and New York state. With more than 18 years of sales experience and relationship building, he will serve as the key point of contact for providing customers with product information, technical support, merchandising setups and solutions to meet their needs. He will also identify cross-merchandising opportunities to support and drive additional sales growth and enhance SPAX’s competitive position. Nicholson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Mansfield University in Mansfield, PA. 

Hayden Doehrmann, Digital Marketing Content Specialist, Altenloh, Brinck &Co.–Based in the Bryan, OH., area, Doehrmann joins Altenloh, Brinck & Co. with close to 10 years of marketing and graphic design experience. In his digital role, he will manage accurate content across various systems for multiple product brands. Doehrmann will also play a crucial role in supporting and developing new content across third-party eCommerce platforms as well as SPAX and all brands’ website. 

A graduate of the University of Toledo, Doehrmann holds a BBA in Marketing and served as an intern with the Toledo Mud Hens, Toledo Walleye, UT Athletic Department and Nightengale’s Harvest. Before joining the Altenloh family, he spent several years with a local logistics leader, aiding in online growth, graphic design, SEO, and increasing brand equity and visibility within specified markets.

Stephanie Feyen, eCommerce Manager, Altenloh, Brinck & Co.-In this role, Feyen will oversee the strategy, planning, and implementation of Commerce objectives. Acting as the primary point of contact for all Altenloh, Brinck & Co. Commerce-related matters, she will work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the successful launch and expansion of new eCommerce accounts. Additionally, Feyen will focus on enhancing the performance of existing eCommerce retailers and other key partner marketplaces. Feyen has more than 15 years of experience in sales, eCommerce, marketing, and outstanding customer service and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, and Public Relations from Davenport University.
