Simpson Strong-Tie announced it will invest $110 million in a new facility in Gallatin, TN.

The new location will allow Simpson Strong-Tie to better meet its growing product demand and relocate a portion of its fastener manufacturing operations to Gallatin. The new facility will create an additional 37 jobs in Sumner County, bringing the company’s total employees across Tennessee to nearly 250.

“This expansion more than doubles our current production capacity and footprint, enabling us to meet increased product demand and keep fastener manufacturing close to our North America customers. The new site will also improve efficiency, help ensure we continue to provide exceptional customer service, and open up career opportunities for employees and job applicants alike,” said Mike Olosky, president and CEO, Simpson Strong-Tie.
