Robi Decking, Winston-Salem, N.C., is located just about 50 miles from some of the areas devastated by Hurricane Helene. In response to the widespread damage, the company has committed to supporting the recovery efforts in any way they can.

“Our warehouse for Robi Decking is in Winston-Salem, N.C. That is just a short drive west on Interstate 40, (to where) whole towns and families were devastated from the hurricane. Astonishing destruction,” said founder Zach Rike. “We are happy to donate our wood products to assist in the rebuilding of spaces impacted by the storm.”

“We are going to let folks come to us and tell us what they need, Rike said.  “If they need culls for firewood as it gets cold, we can ship those. If folks need water or food, we will do that. If folks need to rebuild something quickly, we can send posts and siding and framing. We just want to be helpful and have folks let us know what they need.”

Rike added, “If there’s any additional way we can assist or collaborate further, please feel free to reach out. Western North Carolina is one of our best-selling regions, as well as Eastern Tennessee, and some of North Georgia. We wanted to reach out to our network of homeowners, builders, architects, and landscape architects to see how we could help. Items and building material that folks need today and going forward to rebuild in an eleemosynary way.”

“We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute toward the recovery and rebuilding efforts. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted by the hurricane and flooding, and we’re here to help,” Rike said.
