PrimeSource Building Products, Irving, TX., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire NWI Enterprises, Santa Monica, CA., a provider of branded specialty hardware for outdoor residential applications including fence & gate hardware, railing systems and perimeter security, from affiliates of Harbour Group.
NWI divisions include RailFX, Tacoma, WA., Nationwide Industries, Tampa, FL., and Ultra-Tec, Carson City, NV.
Atlanta Hardwood Corp. will oversee procurement, production and North American sales of Lunawood’s line of thermally modified products, including ThermoWood. The newly formed joint venture—Lunawood LLC—will build a production facility at AHC’s Cleveland, GA., plant.
Oldcastle APG, whose brands include MoistureShield fencing, decking and railing; Barrette Outdoor Living, and Belgard, has acquired Yardzen, a leading online landscape design and build platform.
Capital Lumber will distribute and market AZEK’s product portfolio through its 10 locations across eight states, supporting AZEK’s growing market position in the West.
