Titan Building Products has released a 16”-tall galvanized metal foundation anchor with reinforced ribs and a footer and collar tie. The footer depth is adjustable up to 8”. The column or post is positioned inside the anchor and is backfilled with concrete and dirt. This permanently secures the column or post to the footer and collar tie and provides a larger load-bearing surface. The anchors provide superior wind uplift, punch-through capabilities, and resistance to lateral forces.
