Oldcastle Reopens Hardscape Production Facility

Oldcastle APG announced the grand re-opening of its Permacon hardscape production facility in Anjou, Quebec, after extensive renovation and the addition of state-of-the-art MASA equipment. This site will focus on manufacturing and producing residential hardscape and masonry products.

“The upgrades at the Anjou facility will create more opportunities for Permacon to provide the highest quality outdoor living solutions to our customers throughout the region,” said Tim Ortman, president, Oldcastle APG. “The Anjou enhancement is an important strategic project for Oldcastle APG, set to boost production and almost double current local manufacturing capabilities to meet increased demand in the residential market in the area.”

Oldcastle APG invested in the implementation of the latest paving technology at the facility, including the installation of a new MASA machine, which will improve production capacity, product reliability and inventory availability. This highly effective new machine and renovation, coupled with Oldcastle APG’s commitment to providing premier products and service to customers across North America, further solidifies the outdoor solutions provider’s position in the region and demonstrates its determination to pursue continued growth in Quebec.
