The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) named the winners of its 12th annual Best of IBS Awards during the NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas, NV. The awards were presented during a ceremony held on the final day of the show.
This year’s Best of IBS Awards received more than 300 entries. Decided by a panel of 36 independent judges made up of industry and media representatives, the awards were given in nine categories, plus the overall Best in Show winner.
Awards were given to exhibitors with a product or line that shows the best combination of design, functionality and innovation, as well as its usefulness to consumers and/or home builders.
Among the winners are:

“The 2025 Best of IBS awards featured many new products that identified a gap in the market and delivered an elegant solution,” said Paul Criner with Criner Remodeling and Best of IBS Awards judge. “It was an incredibly tough competition, and I’m impressed by all of the applicants and finalists. I believe all of these products will improve the remodeling and building industry."
“The finalists were all very impressive, with so many innovative products,” said Wes Robbins with W. Robbins & Co. and Best of IBS Awards judge. “This year really encompassed the ingenuity of these exhibiting companies and showcased the talent they possess.”
The panel of judges noted that the Best in Show winner, Clopay VertiStack Avante, represents a truly innovative take, with a reimagined aluminum and glass residential garage door concept. The unique, compact design stacks panel sections on the wall above the opening, eliminating the need for overhead tracks, exposed hinges, track or cable to deliver a clean, modern aesthetic and maximize usable ceiling space and daylight. The judges felt that this fresh take on traditional garage doors offers updated architectural appeal, while adding significant overhead storage space.
