Hidden Step Marketing LLC Adds Staff

The marketing arm of IG Railing, Kadenz Aluminum Railing, The Deck Divider, Nova Building Products and Aluvetro has added a new sales operations coordinator to its team who will handle customer service inquiries, order receiving, marketing requests and technical questions.

Hidden Step Marketing, LLC (HSM) has hired Luke Armbrust as sales operations coordinator. Luke will be managing customer service inquiries, order receiving, marketing requests and technical questions with a strong allocation of time toward HSM co-owned business IG Railing.

Luke has been a trusted sales and operations resource to the building materials industry for nearly 20 years having worked in wholesale distribution with Wausau Supply, outside and retail sales with Menards, and customer service at TD Fischer. 

“Luke and I worked together at Wausau Supply, and he is technically sound on products and process in how our brands are going to market. He’s a great communicator with positive energy and has a ton of experience to help manage our national vision and build infrastructure for growth with our partners,” said Mike Kunard, owner of Hidden Step Marketing.  

“I’m excited to be back in building materials and working with customers I have relationships with around the country and new customers. HSM has carved out a purposeful business to help start-up companies thrive in a broader market and I’m excited to add my experience to make us more efficient for our clients,” said Luke.
