Composite building materials manufacturer, Eva-Last Americas, Plano, TX., announced the appointment of several distinguished industry professionals to key leadership positions within the organization.

Under the visionary guidance of CEO and founder Marc Minne, and with the expertise of composites champion Bill Ross as Senior Vice President of Sales, the company is primed for substantial growth and expansion in the United States and Canada.

Ross, a seasoned veteran in the composites industry and former president of the North American Deck & Rail Association (NADRA), brings unparalleled experience and a network of industry relationships to Eva-Last Americas. His decision to come out of retirement underscores the immense opportunity presented by Eva-Last’s innovative products and the challenge of establishing the brand as a household name in North America.

Joining Ross’ sales team are three accomplished sales directors, each bringing a unique skill set and track record of success to their respective roles:

Eric Atkins, Director of Commercial Sales, brings a solutions-driven approach to customer service, specializing in consulting and technical advice for architectural specifications and commercial construction projects. Atkins excels in matching products to projects for high-yielding results. In this position Atkins will lead the recruitment and mentoring of a profitable architectural sales team across new territories. He will also collaborate with the team on product development, leveraging his exposure to emerging market trends, building science, and new specifications needs to provide valuable insight and guidance for enhanced solutions.

Greg Reed, Director of Sales for the West, brings over 20 years of experience in distribution channels and contractor partnerships, with a hands-on approach to building dealer networks on the West Coast. Reed’s pro-active approach to developing and building dealer networks positions him well to achieve market penetration for the Eva-Last brand at key West Coast outlets. Excited by the prospect of contributing to a pioneering enterprise like Eva-Last, Reed’s corporate background at James Hardie and Owens Corning further enriches his strategic vision for market expansion.

Shawn Feero, Director of Sales Canada, boasts extensive experience in the Canadian building materials market, with a focus on establishing strong relationships with dealers and distributors. With a decade of experience at industry-leading companies like Pella and Marvin in the high-turnover windows and doors sector, followed by a 12-year tenure at Fiberon in the decking and railing business, Feero brings unparalleled energy and enthusiasm to establishing solid relationships with key stakeholders in the Canadian construction market.

Rounding out the leadership team is AJ Jesiolowski, appointed as Director of Product. With a background in product development at Fortress, Jesiolowski will spearhead cross-functional collaboration to ensure Eva-Last’s products meet the specific needs of the Americas market. Overall, Jesiolowski’s role is crucial in driving product development and ensuring alignment with Eva-Last’s overall business objectives.

“We are thrilled to welcome this talented group to Eva-Last Americas,” said Marc Minne, Eva-Last CEO. “Their collective expertise and industry insight will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand our presence in North America.”

Eva-Last Americas will be showcasing its latest products and innovations at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas from Feb. 27-29.
