In the second part of our two-part podcast series, John Moss discusses RailFX’s cable railing products in detail, including a hands-on demonstration of its railing components. In the podcast, Moss says there’s a “balance between cost and function,” and shows how RailFX uses the same heavy-duty aluminum extruded posts for all its end and intermediate posts. Within those posts, aluminum inserts slide into slots in the end post and create an “I-beam-type truss” to create stiffness in the post. This keeps bowing from occurring.”

Moss adds, “We continue to evolve and to get try to get better and better…how we started was listening to the customer and trying to make something easy for them.”

Additional special guests will be announced on the podcast throughout the season. For more information on our podcasts, visit deck-specialist.com.
