The Avon Plastics announced the addition of Doug DeLuca as VP sales and marketing.

DeLuca has over 30 years of home improvement expertise in varying functions, including national program management for both a big box retailer and distributor, national training director 

responsibilities for home improvement manufacturers, regional installation management for exterior building products, sales management and personal in-home sales. DeLuca has worked with such companies as The Home Depot, Fortune Brands/PlyGem Industries, Harvey Windows and Lansing Building Products.
